The Saucony Ideal runs a half size smaller than the standard running shoe length. The heel, and midfoot provide a snug fit and the forefoot is narrow. The shoe is only available for women.

The midsole of the shoe features the innovative FORM2U cushioning technology that is designed for all-day comfort. This memory foam offers a soft underfoot protection with efficient shock-absorption and high-energy return.


The upper of the Saucony Ideal utilizes a single-piece engineered mesh that is designed for maximum breathability. The mesh material has a moisture-wicking capacity, keeping the feet cool and dry all throughout the run. The thin film overlays welded to the upper is designed for a more secure and flexible fit.
