Saucony Cohesion 14 vs. 13: "Little to no difference"
The Cohesion 14 has minimal changes employed from its predecessor. As a matter of fact, only the outsole of the 14th version of the Cohesion has changed. Here are the implemented updates:
- There are more flex grooves on the forefoot. This is intended to amp up the shoe's lightness and pliability.
- To up the shoe's grip, the lug pattern has been redesigned.
Nice to know
The Saucony Cohesion 14 also has a trail version — Cohesion 14 TR. Although equipped with more upper protection and aggressive outsole traction, they are both priced similarly.
For those with wide feet, the Saucony Cohesion 14 is offered in a wide version.
