The standard sizing methods have become the basis of the creation of the Salming Speed 7. Runners are welcome to get a pair with their usual sizing expectations in mind. However, it is worth mentioning that initially testing the shoe or getting ahold of users reviews from various sources can significantly accommodate a pleasant in-shoe feel.

Several elements affect the quality of the sideways fit, namely the form-fitting aspects of the upper, as well as the semi-curved shape of the midsole. These parts work together to permit natural motion and the curvature of the foot.
