  • The Ryka Grafik Flow is a training shoe that was engineered to keep up with the dynamic moves of studio and dance classes. The upper is made of gradient-patterned mesh for breathability and flexibility, while the KPU midfoot structure reinforces the sides. It has a rounded toe area to accommodate toe-splaying during workouts.
  • The Anatomical Precise-Return footbed serves as the cushioning that molds to the contours of the foot. It also aims to provide energy transfer upon footstrike.
  • It employs a compression-molded EVA midsole that has a low-profile style for added stability. A unit of a gel heel clip is installed for added impact protection during jumps and runs.
  • The rubber outsole is made to be durable and grippy on different types of surfaces. It has strategic cutouts to lessen the weight while promoting natural foot flexion. A pivot point is employed on the ball area to make turns and shifts easier.

The Ryka Grafik Flow is created with the women’s feet, build, and muscle movement in mind. It follows the standard training shoe sizing scheme with US sizes 5 through 11. The only width option available is B - Medium.

Its tread uses different patterns to cope with the varied movements of studio and dance classes. It has cutouts in strategic places to reduce the weight while enhancing the flexibility of the footgear.

The ball area of the sole has a smoother texture due to the Pivot Point technology. It facilitates easier rotations and twists during workouts, lessening the stress on the hips, knees, ankles.

This Ryka trainer employs the Anatomical Precise-Return footbed that is aimed to deliver a responsive and cushioned underfoot experience. It is molded to conform to the contours of the foot for even shock absorption.

The main cushioning is rendered by a compression-molded EVA midsole. It makes for a supportive platform while cushioning and protecting from impact as well. It is also made to give the foot an extra bounce to propel the wearer forward or upward.

The Ryka Grafik Flow has a low-cut profile that allows full ankle mobility. The toe box is rounded to give room for a toe-splay. A breathable mesh fabric wraps around the foot. It is patterned with a gradient design.

The fabric is flanked by the KPU midfoot sidewalls for support. This structure has been created to offer support during side-to-side movements.

The model is secured by a traditional lacing system. It works together with the previous feature to enhance lateral support.

A pull tab is sewn into the heel. It helps the user put on and take off the shoe easily.
