Updates to Ryka Dynamic 2.5

  • The Ryka Dynamic 2.5 was created as a training shoe for all sorts of studio and gym workouts. It builds on the success of its predecessor, the Ryka Dynamic 2, by inheriting its construction and key technologies in the brand new colorways.
  • The trainer utilizes an N-Gage EVA midsole for maximized cushioning and shock-absorption. The Antimicrobial Ortholite footbed further contributes to the cushioning and offers a moderate arch support to the foot.
  • The outsole unit features a full-length Exo-Shell, which works as a protective shield against wear and tear. A variety of heel and forefoot flex grooves accommodates the natural flexibility of the foot.

Ryka Dynamic 2.5 size and fit

The Ryka Dynamic 2.5 was designed with the woman’s foot in mind; thus, it is available in women’s sizes only. It features a narrower heel, but a roomier forefoot. It also has an increased platform volume and a more secure footbed. The shoe generally runs true-to-size. It is offered in B – Medium width.

Outsole

The Ryka Dynamic 2.5 employs a high-abrasion Exo-Shell component around the entire length of the sole unit to protect it from wearing off.

The outsole also makes use of a whole range of flex grooves, which are placed across the external section of the platform to promote natural movement.

Midsole

The Dynamic 2.5 features a lightweight, high-rebound N-Gage EVA midsole unit. It has better shock-absorbing properties compared to the standard EVA. This technology was designed to offer a smoother and shock-free ride.

The use of the Antimicrobial Ortholite footbed ensures a long-term cushioning for the trainer. Its open-cell PU foam provides a high level of breathability and moisture management. It is also removable.

Upper

The upper features multiple layers of mesh and synthetic materials. Such construction allows for a supportive and snug fit of the foot. At the same time, it promotes airflow through ventilation pores.

The trainer utilizes a synthetic toe cap and an extra layer of synthetic leather in the rear section to provide enhanced support and durability.

The rounded toe design of the Ryka Dynamic 2.5 offers more space in the toe box section for a natural toe splay during the workout.

The collar of the shoe is padded for more comfort.
