Updates to Reebok Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit
- The Reebok Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit is a running shoe for the neutral pronators. It features a cloth-like upper that aims to give a well-ventilated running experience. The collar and tongue aren’t padded. Instead, a fabric interior is employed to offer a semi-sock-like fit.
- A single-density foam is used for the midsole. It cushions the foot and keeps it safe from impact shock during the landing phase of the gait cycle. Nodes pockmark the external section of the sole unit. They heighten flexibility and traction. Rubber shields the forefoot and heel section from wear and tear.
Reebok Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit size and fit
The Reebok Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit has a standard running shoe length. It follows the usual choices of men and women when it comes to the sizing scheme. Regarding length, the available options are D – Medium for men and B – Medium for women. It has a semi-curved shape that adheres to the natural curve of the human foot.
Carbon rubber is strategically placed in the heel and forefoot sections of the outsole. The purpose of this material is to shield against the abrasive nature of the asphalt. It is also traction-ready just like the outsole compound used in the Nimbus 21 from Asics.
Independent nodes are patterned throughout the surface of the Reebok Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit’s outsole. They add a bit more cushioning for the underfoot. They also encourage flexibility and traction because they are designed like gripping lugs.
Flex grooves separate each node from one another. They also make the platform more flexible. Runners are given a chance to appreciate a sole unit that’s complacent to the natural movement of the foot.
A single-density foam is used for the midsole unit of the Reebok Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit. Its goal is to provide lightweight cushioning for the wearer’s foot. It’s mapped to the shape of the foot, thereby giving precise cushioning wherever it is needed.
An insole has been added to provide some more cushioning. It can be removed or replaced with custom orthotics.
The Ultraknit jacquard material makes up the upper unit of this running shoe. It resembles traditional cloth. It aims to wrap around the foot securely and give breathable coverage.
The collar and tongue aren’t padded, but they’re designed to secure the ankles and the instep in a semi-sock-like fit.
An overlay is stitched to the heel part of the upper. The purpose of this add-on is to secure the back of the foot and prevent it from wobbling or exiting the Print Smooth Clip Ultraknit accidentally.
A pull-tab is added to the heel. It allows the runner to wear or remove the shoe with ease and comfort.
