Summary

We spent 9.4 hours reading reviews from experts and users. In summary, this is what runners think:

6 reasons to buy

  • A mesh upper provides ventilation and comfort to the foot.
  • Most of the testers appreciated the low-cut design, which allowed them freedom in terms of their movements.
  • The Hexaffect sole unit is a plush system that offered support and flexibility to most runners.
  • The MicroWeb upper reinforcement improves the snug coverage of the upper.
  • The 2nd version of the Hexaffect Run isn’t very expensive.
  • It has a moderately light weight.

2 reasons not to buy

  • Some runners complained that the sole unit wasn’t too efficient in providing underfoot support when running.
  • The outside layer of the sole unit is too exposed because the rubberized sections are sparse.

Bottom line

The Reebok Hexaffect Run 2.0 is very popular among hordes of runners because of its cool design, reliable arch support, and breathable upper, but it has also garnered some criticism due to its flimsy mid-sole and minimal outsole protection.

The fit of the Hexaffect Run 2.0 is very similar to its original model. It has a snug fit in the heel and midfoot area and has enough room for toe splay. The shoe provides a comfortable fit to those with narrow to medium feet. Sizing is standard in the shoe.

Outsole

The outsole of the Reebok Hexaffect Run is one of the highlights of the shoe. In fact, it utilizes hexagonal patterns for better support and optimal flexibility. It also utilizes a carbon rubber outsole for good traction.

Midsole

As if the stability feature of the shoe is not enough, it utilizes the Midsole 3D Fuseframe midsole molding for additional support. It also provides for adequate cushioning for a sustainable run.

Upper

The Reebok Hexaffect Run utilizes the sandwich mesh upper for better breathability and ventilation. It keeps your feet dry throughout the run for you to avoid blisters and bad odor. It also contributes to the overall comfort that it gives. The upper material is also lightweight and flexible.
