The Club C 85 Mid traces its history back to the tennis shoe of 1985, the Club C (Champion) 85. It had almost the same silhouette as another Reebok shoe, the Revenge Plus, but more minimalist and streamlined to fit conventional tennis-playing standards.

The original featured a British flag alongside the Reebok brand, a leather upper, and a terry towel liner which gave the shoe a cooling effect. Not only tennis aficionados became enamored with the shoe but aerobics enthusiasts as well and a few people from the fashion scene.

Due to the original silhouette’s popularity, various other iterations came out. One of these is the Reebok Club C 85 Mid. This new rendition has a mid-cut design, premium leather upper, and a padded foam insole.

  • Contains an EVA foam midsole for good impact absorption.
  • A padded foam insole gives the shoe extra cushioning.
  • A high-wear resistance rubber outsole adds durability.
  • The mid-top design gives the shoe more stability.
