  • 86 / 100 | Obstacle Racing Media

My final thought is that I’m cautiously optimistic that there will be less complaints of tears in the newest Reebok All-Terrain Super 3.0.

  • 80 / 100 | The Mudman Report

Thankfully these 3.0's not only went back to typical laces, but also an improved tongue that attaches the full length of the upper and now can't slide down to inside the shoe.

Updates to Reebok All Terrain Super 3.0

  • The high-quality rubber on the outsole is sticky in nature and it works with some rugged lugs to increase the shoe’s traction on the challenging surfaces and the Rock Guard provides protection against aberrations.
  • The CMEVA midsole offers an optimal combination of comfortability and responsiveness while the H2O drain technology maintains an environment of high breathability inside the shoe.
  • The seamless upper, with lightly padded tongue and collar and a low-cut design, ensures maximum comfort for its users. At the same time, it allows the runner to follow the natural gait while running.

Reebok All Terrain Super 3.0 size and fit

The Reebok All Terrain Super 3.0 fits true to size. It has a standard running length for men and women and a standard medium width of D for men and B for women respectively. Its semi-curved shape mimics the natural shape of the human foot.

Outsole

The sticky rubber and the rugged lugs on the outsole ensure good traction on various surfaces. The sticky rubber is also used in other running shoes from Reebok. The grip and sturdiness of the outsole are relatively the same as the Cascadia 13 and Speedcross 5.

The Rock Guard gives additional protection against rocks or sharp objects underfoot, thereby reducing the risk of injury for the user.

Midsole

The Reebok All Terrain Super 3.0 utilizes the CMEVA midsole or Compression Molded Ethylene vinyl acetate for an excellent and efficient cushioning. The foam material gives a plush feeling and responsive performance to the wearers, thereby increasing the efficiency of their runs.

The shoe features a textile footbed, which offers a smooth and seamless sensation against the skin. It also adds a bit more cushioning for the underfoot.

The H2O drain technology is very efficient in shredding moisture from the sidewalls and keeping the user’s foot effectively cool and free of water, especially when tackling streams and other bodies of water.

Upper

The low-cut design of the upper makes it possible for the ankles to move freely, thereby allowing the runner to follow his natural gait during the runs.

The seamless upper with thin synthetic overlays is very breathable in nature. It allows air to enter the shoe and properly ventilate the foot-chamber. This keeps the user’s foot dry and healthy throughout the run.

The lace-up closure holds the runner’s foot in its proper position during the running sessions, thereby maintaining the snug fit and preventing sliding inside the shoe.

The lightly cushioned tongue and collar further assist in keeping the foot in its place and also increase comfortability of the shoe for the user.

For a comfortable in-shoe feel, the Reebok All Terrain Super 3.0 utilizes the soft fabric lining across its upper, which helps in increasing ventilation.
