  • The Puma Retaliate is a pair of workout shoes designed for men. It uses a mesh fabric for the upper with a lacing system at the midfoot.
  • The midsole features an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam for shock attenuation with a Soft Foam insole for additional comfort. A layer of rubber protects the heel and the toe areas.

The Puma Retaliate accommodates that unique shape and dynamics of men’s feet and is available in US sizes 7 to 14. As for the width, it only comes in a D - Medium profile.

Zoned rubber makes up the outsole of the Puma Retaliate. This compound protects the toe and the heel and enhances traction without weighing down the trainer.

A full-length EVA foam makes up the midsole of the Puma Retaliate. This platform is lightweight and serves to attenuate shock. Inside this trainer is the SoftFoam sockliner which provides maximum underfoot coverage and comfort.

The Puma Retaliate uses a mesh upper. This fabric features an open-cell construction that aids in ventilating the foot chamber.

The footgear employs a burrito tongue which aims to deliver a snug fit when laces are cinched. The collar and tongue are lightly padded for added comfort.

If a slip-on style entices you, another model to consider is the Puma Enzo. Its upper is constructed to be higher for better ankle support, but the midsole and the outsole are made from the same materials used on the Retaliate.
