  • The Propet Stability Walker Strap is designed for people who require arch support or are looking for a sturdy pair of walking shoes. This model features an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam that had been molded to support the arches. Inside is a polyurethane (PU) insole that maximizes underfoot comfort. As for the outsole, it is made of durable rubber that also provides traction on most surfaces.
  • Just like the original Stability Walker, this pair uses a full-grain upper to provide a snug foothold. What makes this model different is that it uses two metatarsal straps instead of a lacing system to hold the foot securely in place.

The Propet Stability Walker Strap caters to both men and women. The gentlemen’s version is available in US sizes 7 to 17 and 6 to 13 for ladies. As for the width, it comes in  D - Medium, 3E - X-Wide, and 5E - X-Wide for men, and 2A - Narrow, B - Medium, D - Wide, 2E - X-Wide, 4E - X-Wide width options for women. The dual straps at the midfoot allow users to adjust the fit when needed.

The underside of the Propet Stability Walker Strap uses durable rubber. This compound is hardwearing, protecting the midsole against early deterioration. This layer also provides grip on various types of surfaces.

Making up the midsole of these stability walking shoes is a molded EVA foam. This lightweight cushioning technology attenuates shock to keep the foot comfortable. There’s a built-in heel stabilizer that keeps the foot steady during the heel-to-toe transition.

Inside the Propet Stability Walker Strap is a removable PU insole. It provides maximum underfoot coverage and has a gel component in the heel which enhances shock absorption upon heel strike. It can also be replaced with custom orthotics if needed.

Protecting the foot against outside elements is the full-grain leather upper. This material is durable and has leather overlays that accentuate the form and reinforce the high-abrasion areas. Perforations can be found on the vamp which help in ventilating the foot chamber. The interior of the Propet Stability Walker Strap is lined with brushed nylon. This fabric wicks moisture away from the foot, keeping it dry and fresh.

For fit adjustment, the trainer is equipped with two hook-and-loop straps at the midfoot. This type of closure is easier to manage compared to laces, making it ideal for people with mobility issues or those who are not too fond of laces.

The padded tongue and collar ensure a snug fit. The cushioned interior also prevents chafing or blisters. The rearfoot features a rigid heel counter that not only steadies the foot but also helps avoid heel slippage while walking.

The Propet Stability Walker Strap bears the A5500 marking which means it is eligible for reimbursement under the Therapeutic Shoe Bill. Under the bill, the cost of the footwear is covered for people with severe diabetes.
