    For a retail price of about $90 these are easily the best performing on-court model at that price point. Just don’t go into the TP5 expecting a ton of impact protection and energy return. For only $90 these are definitely worth a shot.

Profile of the Peak TP5

Tony Parker’s fifth signature shoe from Peak boasts the new P-BOOM technology that ensures more stability and torsional rigidity. The TP5 is also equipped with Peak's Gradient Dual cushioning tech to protect against impact and provide enhanced responsiveness.

Performance

Cushion. The TP5 is equipped with Peak’s Gradient Dual cushioning technology. At the forefoot, a Gradient rebound plate forms a dual acceleration system for enhanced responsiveness. At the heel, a shock-absorbing module provides high-rebound cushioning.

Traction. These Peak basketball shoes feature a non-slip, non-marking, and wear-resistant outsole. Divided into sections, the outsole is equipped with varying traction patterns for increased multidirectional grip.

Fit

Length and Width. According to online retailers, buyers should go up half a size when ordering these Peak basketball shoes.

Lockdown. The Peak TP5 features an interlaced, dynamic weave lacing system that delivers a locked-in feel and fit. At the back of the shoe, an external TPU heel counter keeps the ankle and heel secure. Peak’s new P-BOOM catapult module also covers the entire sole unit for enhanced stability.
