The Nike Free RN 5.0 NRG is available in standard sizing measurement.

The single mesh layer of the Free RN 5.0 NRG allows snug fit and adaptability of the shoe to the foot. To further the fit of the shoe, an asymmetrical lacing system is employed- giving the shoe a customizable fit. The cleatie construction integrates the tongue to provide a snug fit and security.

The outsole of the Nike Free RN 5.0 NRG features heel-to-toe grooves that allow multi-directional flexibility. To further enhance the flexibility of this lightweight running shoe, double hot-knife cuts on the outsole are also incorporated.

Rubber pods are utilized on the forefoot and heel of the Free RN 5.0 NRG, which helps enhance traction on varied surfaces.

Lower density foam is furnished to the shoe’s midsole, allowing it to enhance the ground feel and control of the runner. With every step, the midsole’s top flexes.

For lightweight feel and heightened ground feel, a single layer sockliner is integrated into the Free RN 5.0 NRG.

This running shoe promises a lightweight feel, just like the On Cloud. It uses a single-layer stretchable mesh upper that is designed to fit like a second layer of skin to the foot. This adds to the security of the shoe on the foot while providing extra protection and flexibility altogether. This upper material also allows sufficient airflow into the shoe that permits the foot to feel fresh after a long use.

One of the components that contribute to the fit and security of the shoe is its asymmetrical lacing system that is placed on the shoe’s side. This construction is specifically for pressure relief on one’s instep.

The cleatie construction of the Nike Free RN 5.0 NRG integrates the tongue. This contributes to the lightweight construction of the shoe while providing a seamless, and secure fit.

Unlike most running shoes, the Free RN 5.0 NRG is not supplied with a heel counter. This allows the runner to move more freely without sacrificing foot lockdown. This also helps deliver the lightweight run the shoe promises.
