The Nike Flex RN 2020 is a neutral running shoe that lives up to the Nike standards of being stylish and functional. A contrast to its predecessor, the Flex RN 2019, it now features improved traction, flexibility, and fit -  all the essentials of an excellent Nike running shoe.

Benefits of wearing the Flex RN 2020

The Flex RN 2020 was designed to retain the best features of the models before it. Enhancements based on its predecessors’ shortcomings were also taken into account, thus improving the Flex RN’s comfort and performance. It is even so lightweight that some runners say it feels like running barefoot.

What’s been replaced? The shoe’s upper now uses an adaptable stretch mesh material that moves better with your foot. It is more breathable compared to the knit material from the Flex RN 2019. Running on a hot summer’s day won’t be a problem anymore.

Also changed is the shoe’s hexagonal outsole from the Flex RN 2018. The outsole now features flex grooves that provide better grip and reliable traction.

What’s been retained? The Flywire cables that have been present in the previous Flex RN models can still be found in this shoe. They never fail to keep the feet steady and secure with every step.
