Nike Air Zoom Winflo 5 Run Shield size and fit

The Run Shield version of the Nike Air Zoom Winflo 5 is strategically built for fast and light runs. With the shoe's upper construction, it is sure to provide a comfortable and snug fit throughout the running session. The footwear uses the standard measurements when it comes to its sizing. The available widths are D - Medium for the men's version and B - Medium for the women's version.


The sticky rubber is integrated into the outsoles of the Nike Air Zoom Winflo 5 Run Shield. This component of the footwear aims to provide a firmer and stronger traction on different paved surfaces.

Lying on the lateral outsole is the Cushlon crash rail. This material is essential in cushioning the foot for a more comfortable heel-to-toe transition.
