The legacy of the Nike Air Zoom Victory continues, and it has been reinvented in various versions. One of the latest iterations is the Pro.
While it does bear similarities with the original, like the synthetic leather upper and the Zoom Air midsole, some features were tweaked. One of which is the hybrid outsole, which is not sported with five removable Pivix golf spikes.
The Air Zoom Victory Pro’s outsole blends the best of both worlds. The hybrid outsole features both spiked and spikeless elements to achieve fantastic traction. Five removable Champ PiviX cleats with the Slim-Lok system are positioned at the bottom.
The midsection of the shoe is placed with a Zoom Air unit. Nike enthusiasts will most likely be familiar with this as it is used on running and basketball shoes. This technology is composed of tightly stretched tensile fabrics that are knitted inside a pressurized unit. The result of it is a highly responsive cushioning system that delivers energy return on each step.
A microfiber synthetic leather covers the upper portion of the shoe. While it looks like real leather, environmentally-conscious people will appreciate this option more. This type of material delivers flexible support and lightweight comfort. It is accompanied by a TPU heel clip to help stabilize the foot when doing lateral movements.
Compared to other sports, golf pays huge attention to wearing proper clothing that clubhouses are strictly applying rules. This Nike golf shoe not only follows decorum, but it also has an elevated look that makes the wearer seem like a pro. The smooth synthetic leather obtains both sleekness and simplicity.
