The Air Force 1 Jewel is released exclusively in women’s sizing. But, it is a unisex sneaker. Therefore, men can still order a pair by sizing 1.5 up to achieve their exact fit. It has a premium leather upper with perforations on the toe, medial and lateral areas, providing for breathability.
This sneaker maintains a low-top profile, which allows the ankle to move without any restriction. It has a closure system with round laces for an adjustable and comfortable fit. Also, it is equipped with Nike Air technology that provides a lightweight feel and cushioning for all-day comfort.
The low-top Nike Air Force 1 Jewel has a low-top silhouette that provides a clean and steamed lined look. It has a rubber outsole with a pivot circle tread that delivers multi-surface traction. The Nike Air branding is accented on the tongue.

The Chicago Bull colorway highlights orange embroidered pinstripes on the upper, mirroring the team’s uniform. It features a cowhide heel tab with the word “Chicago” and Swoosh icon embroidered on it. Last but not least, it has lace dubrae for added design.
The Nike Air Force 1 Jewel debuted in 1997. It was designed by the late Sean McConnell, who also created the original AF1 Mid. This shoe is designed exclusively for women.
It was also in 1997 that the Chicago Bulls team introduced its black with red pinstripes uniforms. Fast forward to 2020, the Nike Air Force 1 Jewel, with a colorway that pays homage to the iconic Chicago Bulls team, was released on February 21.
The shoe has a black leather upper with red embroidered pinstripes. It is complemented with red and black round laces. On the lacing system is a golden dubrae with a Nike basketball logo. It has a pony-like hair on the heel tab with the embroidered Chicago and Swoosh logo.
If you look inside the shoe, you will see the insole with a series of motivational words like:
While on the tongue, you will see a message that says, “MADE BY NIKE, INSPIRED BY THE WOMEN OF CHICAGO.” Also, there is a hangtag boasting a patch reminiscent of the spots on authentic jerseys. Finally, a red Jewel Swoosh is accenting at the lateral and medial sides of the shoe.

The Jewel Swoosh
The Jewel Swoosh was initially born on the Air Force 1 Low in 1997. The new look of the Swoosh icon not only has energized the AF1 silhouette but also other shoes like Air Max 1 and Cortez.
The Nike AF1 Jewel initially debuted in the combination of white and blue colorway. Since then, the Jewel Swoosh is also seen to the Air Force Mid. In the late 90s to early 2000, the Nike Cortez was released with a special Jewel edition. Later on, the Air Max 1 also joined the wagon in a myriad of Jewel Swoosh offerings.
