Native Jefferson Bling Glitter History

Native was founded by Damian Van Zyll De Jong in 2009. The idea was formed two years prior as he was coming back home from a snowboarding trip. From the beginning, he had wanted to create a collection consisting of one-piece injection-molded EVA sneakers. The brand has also experimented with different fabric uppers to go beyond the restrictions that EVA kicks have.

Despite having no previous experience in the footwear industry, Van Zyll De Jong was able to gather the skills and knowledge that he needed to build his own business. Through his persistence, he made Native a sure success, with the brand’s shoes becoming modern favorites. With its reputation for comfort, simple styles, lightweight structures, and durability, it’s no wonder why Native shoes are so well-loved.

One of the company’s beloved models is the Jefferson sneaker, which is one of Native’s foremost offerings in the EVA footwear category. It also comes in a gleaming version in the form of the Native Jefferson Bling Glitter. Its shimmery design makes it look fancy yet not too flamboyant, perfect for pairing with different outfits. It’s ideal for water-based adventures, especially for the summer season.

Native Jefferson Bling Glitter Style

With its sparkly upper, the low-top Native Jefferson Bling Glitter can give a fancy touch to any outfit. A sweatshirt paired with jeans or shorts will look more fun with a pair of these kicks. Pastel-colored dresses or skirts will complete this shoe’s summer-ready vibe. For a more laidback appeal, pair this model with shorts or pants and a t-shirt, perfect for any day year-round.

Fit & Sizing

The Native Jefferson Bling Glitter is available in men’s sizes ranging from 3-13 and in women’s sizes from 5-12. It’s in regular width and fits true to size. Despite this, several users have found that the shoe runs small and narrow, so they went up by one size. A lightweight and flexible fit can be expected from the shoe’s EVA upper. It’s also a slip-on which can be conveniently put on and off, while its low-top collar enables the ankle to move freely.

Notable Features

With its full-length injection-molded EVA construction, the Native Jefferson Bling Glitter is durable and lightweight. Its rand and toe are made up of rubber for added durability. A glitter design is on the upper, which is dotted with perforations for ventilation. The Native logo is found on the heel tab.
