Size and fit
The Innox Pro GTX Mid has a traditional lace-up closure with two additional metal open hooks on top so you can adjust the tightness around the ankle whenever needed. This model has sizes available for both men and women.
This boot features the LOWA Multi Trac outsole that has a triangular lug profile which does a great job in moderate terrain. The deep lugs create solid traction on wet or dry grounds, including slippery surfaces, soft mud, and wet grass. The triangle lugs are meant to provide slip-resistance. Its outsole is made of a durable and flexible rubber that is abrasion-resistant and has comfortable rolling characteristics.
For the midsole, this boot uses another brand-exclusive technology called “DynaPU” which is made of polyurethane (PU). Compared with EVA, it is more durable, eco-friendly, and has a better shock-absorbing performance.
Nonetheless, PU tends to be heavier and has less rebound quality than EVA. The DynaPU midsole, however, combines the desirable properties of PU and the lightness and rebound qualities of EVA into one.
This vegan footwear is made of synthetic uppers. The microfiber adds breathability to the boots so they don’t get extremely hot during sunny days. Inside is a Gore-tex lining that provides superior protection against rain or water.
The sole and the upper are joined together by the MONOWRAP frame. Here, the PU is injected into the shoe, creating a solid bond between its two major parts. The frame acts as a TPU torsion stabilizer that resists rolling and twisting, thus, providing better ankle and foot protection.
