American footwear brand Keds has been collaborating with Rifle Paper Co., a Florida-based stationary and lifestyle brand known for fancy and eye-appealing prints, for years now. Their collaboration started in 2017, in which three limited-edition styles of Keds shoes dressed in Rifle’s floral prints were released – the Keds Champion (in Jardin de Paris print), the Keds Triple Decker (in Wildflower print), and the Keds Triple Decker Slip-On (in Lively Floral print).
In early 2018, the two brands came up with another collaboration that includes classic Keds silhouettes transformed into floral-themed sneakers in time for Spring. Released in the latter part of March 2018 is the Keds x Rifle Paper Co. Triple Decker Lively Embroidery. Originally retails at $80, the shoe shadows the original Triple Decker Slip-On silhouette with a canvas upper, a 1-inch platform sole, flexible and durable rubber outsole, and cushioned Ortholite insoles. What sets this apart, however, is that the toe box area displays embroidery of Rifle's Lively floral pattern.
