The Keds Double Decker MLB slip-on shoe is available in women’s sizes ranging from 5 to 11 in B Medium width. Half sizes are from 5.5 to 9.5.

As the name suggests, the Keds Double Decker MLB shoes feature evident logos of different Major League Baseball teams on the toe vamp of the jersey upper. The rest of the features mimic the regular Double Decker silhouette such as the slip-on construction with two elastic bands on both sides and the 1-inch platform rubber sole.

In 2016, Keds released its Keds x MLB collection in celebration of the commencement of the Major League Baseball that year. The said collection featured the brand's iconic Champion silhouette and transformed it into a new baseball-themed Champion Pennant model. Its white upper displays baseball stitch detailing and embroidered team logos with colorways representing each of the 11 teams in the collection.

A year after that, Keds again released a collection that commemorates the same event. That time, though, the silhouette involved was the Keds Double Decker – a slip-on model with a 1-inch thick sole and breathable fabric material. The Keds Double Decker MLB shoes mimic the original Double Decker silhouette but differ in a way that the jersey upper displays a printed MLB team logo on the toe vamp. It has been made available in six colorways, with each colorway representing six MLB teams including Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, Boston Red Sox, NY Mets, SF Giants, and Texas Rangers.
