It felt heavier but durability is a lot better than the previous version. It has great coverage in the toe area.
Support and stability was not optimal. Durability is about average, but if you’re looking for super plush, lightweight, and comfortable shoe, this is an excellent one to try.
I would recommend these shoes. Their style, fit, comfort and support are top notch and the shoes themselves provide an excellent value.
K-Swiss did a great job with these shoes, and both teaching pros who stand on court all day, as well as players with wider feet, will enjoy the features of the Hypercourt Express. Aggressive movers might prefer a little more support, but will still h...
Inspired by the quickness of a running shoe, the Hypercourt Express provides comfort, breathability and performance all in one! With seamless technology and Heel Grip Lining, this shoe will feel plush on your feet while still allowing you to feel con...
The K-Swiss Hypercourt Express is a leveled-up version of the highly-acclaimed Ultra Express and a descendant of the Ultrashot or the modern version of the 1960s K-Swiss tennis trainer. The Hypercourt Express is designed with a more supportive, breathable, and stylish upper than its predecessors.
Veering away from the traditional white-toned tennis shoes, this footgear is offered in an attractive selection of colorways using state-of-the-art tech mesh and synthetic exterior.
Its midsole is virtually unchanged that’s designed to deliver plush cushioning and comfortable bounce-back gel-like feel.
Targeted to provide flexible comfort when propelling at multi directions, this modified cut has a high-density outsole that’s suitable on clay and hard court surfaces.
For added durability and stabilizing support against excessive toe-dragging, this shoe is made with the DuraWrap technology.
The high-wearing Aosta rubber compound offers the needed hold and grip that’s intended to work on any court setup. It’s constructed with a non-marking tread pattern that’s supposed to keep the court surface scuff free.
The full-length herringbone layout is projected to prevent unwanted slips. Such tread pattern lets the foot slide without difficulty.
The pivot point located under the ball of the foot is created to help the wearer to twist and spin with ease.
Taking up the entire midsole expanse is the customary EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam that’s responsible for reducing impact and foot discomforts. As opposed to rubber, this material comes lighter which eliminates the chances of weighing the foot down.
Complementing the EVA sponge, which is the primary source of shock-absorption, is the Ortholite X40 sockliner. This insole is crafted to offer high rebound. It is rated with a 40 percent elasticity rating which makes it more responsive than the usual kind. With its open-cell formulation, this removable foam has the capacity to wick moisture. Thus, it surrounds the foot with an airy and dry environment.
In terms of support, this athletic footgear is secured with a 180 PSC (Plantar Support Chassis). Such a support unit is made of a TPU chassis that prevents the foot from rotating abruptly. This system provides the user with the security needed during intense training sessions and matches.
The Hypercourt Express uses the SeamFree tech, an advanced heat-welded process wherein layers of TPU are bonded onto the ventilated mesh. A significant percentage of the overlay is wrapped around the midfoot to work as a cage for protection and lockdown comfort.
Adding an extra layer of defense against foot-dragging is the DuraWrap. This is an extremely durable and flexible polyurethane material strategically placed in high-wear zones on the upper. Matching this is the DragGuard that works as a reinforcement on the toe area. A slip-resistant textile is lined along the collar to give the ankle and heel a comfortable fit.
Firmly lodged around the rear part of the collar is the Heel Grip Lining. As its name implies, this feature hugs the heel tightly inside the shoe for enhanced fit and stability.
The stay-tied laces technology is a unique shoestring setup that gives this shoe a customized fit.
