Overall, the shoe is very light. For all the things that I need and want for myself and my athletes, this checks all the boxes.
- The Jordan Trunner NXT React, a road running silhouette, is strategically designed for those who want to bring their different activities to the highest level. Used in crafting the footwear is the breathable mesh upper. This lightweight material ensures that a healthy and fresh foot environment is encouraged.
- The features and technologies employed to the shoe are geared towards providing an improved cushioning system. This technology is called the Nike React cushioning. This midsole material will surely improve the user's performance through training runs. Along with the breathable mesh upper is the extended heel fin on the React midsole. This is essential in creating a more distinct aesthetic. It enhances heel-to-toe transitions, as well.
The woven upper that is used in crafting the Jordan Trunner NXT React affects the fit of the shoe. This technical component is sure to provide a more secure and snug fit during the running session. It has the ability to adapt to the shape of the foot. With the use of the lace-up closure system, an adjustable and customized fit is encouraged. Along with the lacing system are the diamond-shaped cages that add security to the platform.
The durable rubber outsole of the Jordan Trunner NXT React gives the conventional benefit of traction and protection: It provides an efficient grip on various urban surfaces while also equipping the underfoot with sufficient underfoot coverage for a safe ride.
Like the Nike Odyssey React Flyknit 2, the Nike React cushioning is integrated into the Jordan Trunner NXT. This component of the running shoe aims to deliver a more responsive and smoother riding experience. As a result, a more efficient ride is enjoyed by the user.
Featured in the shoe is the lightweight woven upper. This material is focused on providing added breathability. This is essential in keeping the foot cool, fresh, and dry during the running activity. Aside from breathability, a snug fit is also encouraged by the woven upper material.
Utilized in crafting the shoe is the diamond-shaped cage. These cages lie on both sides of the foot. The primary purpose of this is to deliver additional stability.
- Later this year, Jordan Brand has launched the new Jordan Trunner. This shoe's design is based on the original version, which was released last 2000. This year's model has been reformed and improved with features that will surely make Jordan fanatics amazed and happy. The official name of this Jordan shoe is Trunner NXT React.
- During the Wired 25th Anniversary, this pair of running shoes was first seen on the foot of Tinker Hatfield. The important event was held in San Francisco last October 2018. During that time, the shoe was also seen on the foot of Travis Scott. This running footwear was dubbed as the ’Cactus Jack’ during that time.
After Tinker Hatfield debuted the kicks last October 2018, the shoe has launched a special release called the Jordan Trunner NXT React HTM.
The launch of the NXT React HTM is the latest collaborative endeavor of Tinker Hatfield, Hiroshi Fujiwara, as well as Mark Parker, who is the Swoosh CEO. The collaboration of the three results in the re-imagined design of the modern Trunner. The shoe comes in white and black color combination with a glitchy pixelated motif across the upper area. Both versions of the React come complete with the HTM insignia. This HTM insignia is in the form of a 'plus' logo that can be found on both the tongues and insoles.
