This fresh Air Jordan iteration is exclusively offered in women’s sizes. The synthetic lining provides lateral comfort when the foot comes in contact with the sneaker. The encapsulated Air-Sole unit was also untouched which provides impact protection and cushioning. Finally, the sneaker uses an extended zip-up enclosure that goes all the way up to the top.

The Jordan AJ1 Jester XX is built for the catwalk. Coming in two pristine colorways namely the Geode Teal and Off White, the sneaker is best sported with high socks tucking in the joggers or jeans. One can go loosely by zipping the enclosure half-way to showcase a relaxed look.

The high-top sneaker resembles the original Air Jordan 1 overlays by etching it into the leather upper which gives out a deconstructed look that coincides with female outfits. A jagged-out mid shank fulfills the radical image of the Jester concept while prevalent Jumpman logos on the zip-up grants a creative take to give honor its heritage.

Aside from the deconstructed look of the AJ1 outline on its upper, a hugging overlay which wraps around the whole sneaker provides an additional design. From afar, one can witness the Jumpan zipper enclosure hanging in front of the shoe. An original Air Jordan logo is also etched on the high top ankle giving homage to the unique design.

Michael Jordan sure has a golden touch. It is evident in his unprecedented passionate character and vision that spawned multi-million dollar deals expanding across numerous industries. One of those industries, aside from basketball, of course, is the field of sportswear. But one truth would remain: Jordan owes his involvement in the sneaker pantheon to his fantastic basketball prowess.

The Air Jordan 1 is Michael's baby that started all the hype for sneaker collection. It was released in 1984 and continued to flourish among sneaker outlets ever since. Though it began as basketball silhouette, the AJ1 became a canvas for design as its function as a sports shoe diminished. More and more colorways and revamps were witnessed throughout the years, but still, the coveted sneaker maintained its prestige.

One of the whimsical takes on the Air Jordan 1 can be observed in the '1 Reimagined' collection which was released in February 2018. The Jordan AJ1 Jester XX reinvents the vintage outline of the AJ1 into a contemporary shoe specially made for women. The fun design not only adds height to the original flat sole of the classic model but also infuses a saw-tooth pattern which gives dimension. Premium leather is used for its upper bearing a tonal pigment which covers the whole shoe even in the sole.

  • It features a durable rubber tread with a saw-tooth mid shank for exceptional grip and traction.
  • Stitched can also be observed around the cupsole for added stability material longevity.
  • The footbed is made out of foam.
  • Its introductory price is $160.
