Honestly, this is a shoe I’ll be pulling out again for my runs. It’s just a really solid and comfortable shoe. It also looks good with street clothes. No large HOKA plastered on the upper, just a slight HOKA bird stitched in towards the back.

The athletic nature of the Hupana Flow makes them comfortable enough to wear just about anywhere, while offering plenty of performance to make them useful in a variety of situations. As someone who loves to travel light, these shoes could be the only ones that I’d take with me on a trip, depending on the location of course.

The Rubberized foam midsole is integrated into the shoe. This is essential in providing a dynamic and responsive ride. As a result, a more efficient running experience is enjoyed by the user.

The upper area of the shoe utilizes an Engineered knit detail. This upper material is meant to deliver support and structure to the shoe. As a result, a more comfortable fit is offered. Along with the Engineered knit upper are the Open knit construction across the forefoot and midfoot area. This component of the Hoka One One Hupana Flow offers increased breathability.

Used in making the shoe is the double eyelets. This feature is vital in creating additional lockdown feel across the instep.

Together with the double eyelets is the Lace-up closure. This system is significant in delivering a more secure fit during the running session.

Like the Hoka One One Arahi 3, the padded collar and tongue unit are used in the Hupana Flow. These materials work well with the heel-pull loop to promote added comfort and enjoyable riding experience.
