The Tashi backpacking boot is designed for the comfort and protection of users who tackle easy-to-tough trails. The one-piece construction of its yak leather upper incorporates fewer seams which help boost its durability. Its upper is connected to the midsole using a genuine double stitch construction method.

Underfoot, this leather hiker comes with a midsole and sturdy Vibram outsole. The former yields a comfy ride. The latter, on the other hand, renders surface traction.

The Hanwag Tashi is a men’s-only mid-cut backpacking boot. It is manufactured in full and half sizes and comes in standard (medium) width only. It fairly runs true to size. The gear’s lace-up closure enables owners to customize the fit.

The Tashi from Hanwag wears a Vibram Tessin outsole. The Carrarmato lugs on the center provide multidirectional traction. Along the side of the sole are aggressive boots which also render stability over rugged terrain.

With the Hanwag Tashi’s cushioned midsole, each user’s step is enhanced, promoting a more comfortable ride. Its heel area is slightly raised to improve shock absorption upon ground contact.

This backpacking boot from Hanwag features a Tibetan yak leather. Its thick yet supple quality enables it to offer a balance between durability and comfort. Its interior is lined with a chrome-free leather which gives a cozy in-shoe feel.

Facilitating an enhanced trail performance are its flex zone at the heel and soft leather tongue. Its lacing system is comprised of combination eyelets. Near the toe area are a pair of metal D-rings, easy rollers (ball bearing) then recessed open hooks at the ankle (this hardware also helps lock the heel in place). The closure system is complemented by clamping lace hooks which allow quick fit adjustment.
