As for the cushioning, it features Adidas’ Boost technology. This styrofoam-looking unit is responsive. It converts the impact from landing to energy for a push-off. The outsole is made from non-marking rubber. This compound is engineered to provide traction on indoor court floors.

Traction. Adidas volleyball shoes, like the CrazyFlight X 2.0, utilize rubber for their outsole. This compound is grippy on wooden floors, but the minimal tread pattern helps wearers slide or pivot effortlessly without hurting the knees.
