Fila, as a brand, started in 1911 somewhere in Biella, Italy. Initially, it was a company that manufactures textiles for the people on the Italian Alps. Over the years, the brand has evolved into becoming a world leader in high-end sportswear.

In 1923, Fila entered into a partnership with Maglificio Biellese. This allowed the business to expand beyond the borders of Italy and introduce its products to the world. Despite its success in the 70s and 80s, it was only in the 90s when the brand has finally earned a spot in the US market.

Not only is it known for its sports apparel, but Fila is also famous for its footwear. The brand prides itself with both athletic and lifestyle shoes that are not only stylish but comfortable and durable as well. Aside from the Fila Original Fitness series, another fan-favorite collection is the Fila Disruptor
