The Air Max Goadome is available for both men and women. As with most Nike hiking sneakers, the Goadome has more than sufficient hold and support for the adventurous individual. The high-top construction helps with stability and provides protection for the ankles.

The shoe has a chunky sole that contains the renowned Air-Sole cushioning system.

The Air Max Goadome looks best when paired with jeans or dress pants. A long-sleeved plaid shirt and vest could top off your casual, outdoorsy look.

The Air Max Goadome is a durable waterproof boot that will do well in any weather. It has a full-grain leather upper that keeps off moisture, a full-length Air-Sole unit for ultimate cushioning, and a rugged outsole made of rubber with a lug pattern for outstanding grip.

The Nike Air Max Goadome was released ten years ago, in 2007. It’s an All Condition Gear (ACG) shoe that is durable enough for use in the great outdoors but is specially designed for city people. Carl Blakeslee, the original designer of the Goadome, was inspired to take a heritage Nike sneaker design and make it work on an athletic boot. The boot Carl had in mind would fit like a sneaker, be light enough to run in, and must look stylish.

The shoe was first embraced by DC and Baltimore people but soon after gained a steady following in a lot of other cities. The shoe became a big hit amongst delivery and construction workers, police officers, security guards, and people from other industries who tend to be on their feet all day, because of the superior comfort the shoe offered.

The Air Max Goadome has been a staple Nike hiking footwear for many since its first release. In the first year, a trio of colorways became available for the shoe: black, brown/orange, and beige. For 2012, Nike released a suede version with velvet brown/velvet brown-black and black/black-university red colorways. Nike released the shoe yet again in an all-white colorway in time for the winter of 2015.

2016 saw the all-white and all-black colorways being reissued as well as a new burgundy suede iteration. For fall/winter season of this year, 2017, yet another colorway was launched, golden beige, as well as a black version exclusively for women.

  • Nike’s Air Max Goadome sneaker has leather, nubuck, and suede versions.
