The Ecco Soft 8 Tie is available in men’s and women’s measurements. The men’s version has sizes ranging from 5-5.5 to 13-13.5 while the women’s model has sizes measuring from 4-4.5 to 11-11.5.

While the upper of the shoe is made of premium, full-grain leather which gives a sleek and luxurious feel, it still provides maximum support to the feet. There is a removable inlay sole covered with leather which gives extra width. And the low cut top provides more mobility of the ankle.

Less is more, and that is perfectly portrayed by the Ecco Soft 8 Tie. It is simple, yet a head turner among a group of kicks. Its rich leather lining gives it a classy and sleek appearance which is perfect for a walk on the beach or a fun night out in the city. The Ecco Soft 8 Tie looks fabulous with skinny jeans and a thin sweater for a classic vibe.

The Ecco Soft 8 Tie is already a dressy and superb shoe but what makes it more interesting is the Comfort Fibre System feature that effectively draws off moisture to keep feet comfortably dry. It is also very soft and has a perforated top sheet to induce airflow for a cooler experience.

At an early age, Karl Toosbuy, the founder of Ecco footwear was trained to be a shoemaker and has excelled in his goals ever since. But the first company he worked for was not his, so he worked harder until it came to such time that he was able to build his own.

Toosbuy had big dreams of manufacturing his shoe line that he gave up most of his properties and left his job to start from scratch in an empty factory. His wife and 5-year-old daughter were with him along this journey and started producing shoes for women under the Venus brand.

It was only in the 1970’s that Toosbuy’s company was able to create a shoe named “Joke.” Showcasing a lightweight and comfortable construction, the shoe broke tradition. This was actually their stepping stone to success. There was no stopping from there, and since then, Ecco continues to produce top-quality and high-performance shoes for different walks of life.

One of their famous products to suit the current generation is the Ecco Soft 8 Tie.  It belongs to the Ecco Soft Collection for men and women, which boasts of unique Scandinavian sneakers.  These kicks are inspired by the beautiful Danish coastlines which have the colors of the sky, sun, and ocean. The Soft 8 shoes are made of breathable, re-tanned leather uppers and thick outsoles that provide comfort and flexibility.

  • The Ecco Soft 8 Tie features a direct-injected outsole which is lightweight and hardwearing.
  • The removable insole comprises a cushioning layer that helps pump in air to keep the feet cool
  • The shoe presents an overall durable and comfortable design that supports every step you take.
