Fit & Sizing

The Ecco Soft 7 Quilted Tie is exclusively available in women's sizes that range from 4 to 12.5. Although generally true to size some users reported that due to the cushioned insole the shoe felt narrower than normal. Moreover, some people found the sizing weird, as this model doesn't offer in-between sizes. Hence trying the pair in person is best recommended.

Ecco Soft 7 Quilted Tie Style

A chic fusion of traditional sneaker styling and modern textures, the Ecco Soft 7 Quilted Tie exudes a feminine look that could amp up a rather boring ensemble. Adopting the tennis-inspired sneaker's silhouette as its basis, this kick aesthetically steps it up for the women by adding quilted patterns on the side and finishing off with a glossy shine.

Its lustrous design can easily be dressed up or down. Pair it with any casual staple such as shorts, jeans, or leggings for a laidback day or dress it up with stylish dresses or skirts for days you want to feel extra.

Notable Features

This kick's most striking features are very evident: its glossy finish and quilted sides. This design exudes a luxuriously feminine look that some have compared to a famous designer bag. The muted colorway options are likewise as noteworthy as the design as they offer a variety of styles for different personalities.

A number of technologies were also applied to this pair: Freedom Fit for the upper and Comfort Fibre System insole for in-step comfort. The Freedom Fit technology features a full anatomical shaping that works in harmony with the natural form of the feet, while the Comfort Fibre System insole provides added cushioning and comfort.

Ecco Soft 7 Quilted Tie History

Karl Toosbuy has been obsessed with shoes since he was a little kid and started training early in shoe crafting. Even from a young age, he knew he wanted to start a company that specialized in manufacturing shoes. In 1963 his dream came to fruition and founded Ecco. Toosbuy established the brand based on the principle of creating innovate shoes that allow feet to take control of every step instead of the other way around. This principle has been the company's objective and driving force ever since.

Karl built the company's first warehouse in Bredebro, Denmark and initially produced only a very limited amount of shoes for the ladies. But real success didn't happen until the 70s when a designer named Ejnar Truelsen came up with a model called the Joke. The Ecco Joke did so well in the market that it served as the brand's introduction to the global footwear arena.

Following the success of the Ecco Joke, the brand followed through with more successful releases and started expanding operations overseas. The brand's consecutive achievements inevitably led to the widening of their inventory scope that now includes products crafted from leather such as belts, wallets, and bags.

One of the many lifestyle shoes that the brand offers is the Ecco Soft 7 Quilted Tie. This kick is a women's exclusive release as it comes decked out in a feminine design. Its quilted sides and glossy finish comes in a variety of subdued colorways.
