Ecco Irondale Retro Low History

ECCO is a Danish business founded in 1963 by Karl Toosbuy. The company is considered to be the only major shoe manufacturer in the world to own all the processes in shoemaking, right down to the tanneries, thereby making sure that every little detail is done according to their high standards.

From just a few shoe models in the 60s, the brand has expanded to producing numerous shoe lines. One of these is the Irondale collection which features shoes that share mostly the same DNA, plush leather/nubuck uppers, and leather insoles bearing the ECFS technology for greater air circulation.
