Ecco Chase II Tie History

Karl Toosbuy founded Ecco in 1963. He had a dream of setting up a footwear company at a very early age and was set to do just that by submitting himself for training as soon as he can. Toosbuy established Ecco with the aim of creating footwear that allowed feet to take control of every stride instead rather than the other way around.

Toosbuy started by setting up shop in his town of Bredebro in Denmark and manufactured limited quantities of ladies' shoes at first. However, Ecco's real success didn't come until the 70s when they released a model called the Joke. Ejnar Truelsen designed this shoe, and it captured the consumers' interest and was very successful.

Today the brand houses an extensive range of merchandise, from bags, wallets, and different types of shoes. One of their many shoe types is called the Ecco Chase II Tie, a women's exclusive model that's available in the following colorways: Warm Grey / Moon Rock, Black / Dark Clay, Chili Red, and Marine.

Ecco Chase II Tie Style

The Ecco Chase II Tie is recommended for people who want to look chic and dressy without compromising on wearability and comfort. Unlike regular sports-inspired sneakers, this shoe's supple leather bathed in several neutral colors exude a dressier appeal that could help you look effortlessly put together amidst hectic schedules.

There are a number of suggested ways on how to style this pair. Pairing this shoe with flirty skirts, shorts, or dresses could be perfect for spring and summer days and on days you want to look more feminine. Match it with the timeless combination of skinny jeans and a T-shirt for a laidback casual cool look.

Fit & Sizing

The Ecco Chase II is a women's exclusive shoe that's available from sizes 5/5.5 to 11/11.5. Made to fit according to size, several consumers found this shoe's sizing odd as it feels inconsistent compared to standard measurements. Trying a pair in the nearest store is best recommended.
