- The Vionic Turner is a sporty trainer designed for men. It is made of lightweight and flexible materials that promote natural movements. The upper uses mesh which is breathable and keeps the inside well-ventilated.
- The midsole is constructed using foam. It is durable and attenuates shock to keep the foot protected. Inside is an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam insert that amplifies the comfort offered by the midsole. The underside of the Vionic Turner is protected by a layer of segmented rubber that facilitates traction and flexibility.
The Vionic Turner features an exposed midsole that is protected by a layer of rubber at the forefoot and heel sections. The rubber compound is crafted to be durable to withstand working out on various types of surfaces. It uses a tread pattern that promotes multi-directional traction.
A foam midsole protects the foot against impact. The platform is constructed to be resilient, so it doesn’t quickly lose its shape, and flexible to accommodate natural foot bending. Inside the shoe is a removable EVA foam. This layer heightens the comfort and support provided by the primary midsole. It is also lined with mesh to help keep the foot dry.
The Vionic Turner uses mesh on the forefoot and quarter panels. This material is soft, allowing the foot to bend comfortably and naturally. It also helps in ventilating the foot chamber. A smooth fabric makes up the rear section of the footwear. This cloth provides the needed structure at the back to keep the foot supported. There’s also an overlay that wraps the rearfoot, holding it steady during workouts.
A traditional lacing system adorns the midfoot. It features webbed eyelets that hold the laces in place. Users can adjust the fit by simply cinching or loosening the laces.
The collar and tongue are both lightly padded to deliver a snug fit. These structures also lessen friction and prevent chafing.
