Traction was the shoe's best feature. Minimum wiping required on any court. Very sticky and responsive.
It is excellent grip help me a lot. I play very well compare with be in other shoes.
The Jordan CP3 10 AE is a toned-down version of Chris Paul’s tenth signature sneaker. It still has the exact same technologies—woven mesh upper, Injected Phylon midsole with a Zoom Air unit, and scientifically designed traction pattern. The current just does away with the large TPU panel on the lateral side of the original.
Cushion. Its the midsole of the AE that drifts farthest away from the looks of the standard CP3.X. It now has accents on the rear portion. The TPU panel that covered the lateral side of the midsole and much of the lateral upper is gone, replaced with a simple but helpful outrigger.
However, the cushioning system that defined the CP3.X is carried over to this edition. The foot is still cradled by Injected Phylon that is light and mushy. Much of the shoe’s responsiveness still comes from the nine-chamber Zoom Air unit. The whole cushioning system is low profile, bringing the foot close to the ground.
Traction. The outsole of the Jordan CP3 10 AE is made of the usual solid rubber. It still has the traction pattern that cleverly maps out the foot’s major pressure points, supporting the wearers changes in direction in the best ways scientifically imaginable.
Length and Width. Many of those who left comments say that the AE comes smaller than expected. New buyers are therefore advised to go for at least half a size larger than their usual Jordan Brand purchase.
Lockdown. The woven upper has Flywire cables incorporated in it. These help keep the upper close to the foot for a better fit, which does not falter even during aggressive movements. Connected to the Flywire is the shoe’s lacing system that allows for fit adjustments.
The upper of the Jordan CP3.X AE is made of a one-piece woven material that provides maximum containment. The collar is padded with a memory foam for next-to-skin comfort and protection.
The current edition does away with the large TPU panel that covers a large part of the lateral side of the standard CP3.X, giving the CP3.X AE a more streamlined appearance. This clean look makes a lot of buyers think that this shoe takes cues from the company’s lifestyle department. Available in numerous colorways, this shoe is a good example of a beauty that gets things done, so well at that.
