DC Evan Hi Zero LE History
The DC Shoes, Inc. or otherwise known as DC is an action sports brand renowned for its performance skate shoes. Like Adidas, Nike, and Vans, DC also formed a team consisting of professional skateboarders that are involved in the design process up to the release of different DC skateboarding shoes. Among these professionals are Josh Kalis, Wes Kremer, Brian Wenning, Danny Way, Evan Smith, and a lot more.
American pro skater Evan Smith has been part of the DC Skate Team since 2011 but only got his first-ever signature shoe, the DC Evan Smith S, in 2016. The Evan Smith S skate shoe pioneered the DC's Impact-I technology for vulcanized outsoles, which is designed to fuse impact protection with superior board feel. The shoe reigned supreme and gained a massive following because of these features and stylish facade. Several versions based on the first Evan Smith signature kick were soon released.
The DC Evan Hi Zero LE is one of these versions. It is a women's exclusive model that features a high-top profile, lace-up closure, deconstructed leather upper, rubber toe cap, and built-in stabilizer. Like its predecessor, the shoe also utilizes the DC Impact-I vulcanized outsole.
