Although the 3.0 is not quite as wide or cushy as its predecessor, this update has a new upper construction that fixes the stretching problems of the last model.

Building on the victories of the previous Revolt Pro iterations, the Head Revolt Pro 3 remains a high-performing all-court trainer. It’s packed with technologies that offer supportive, cooling, and comforting benefits meant to address the demands of aggressive movers.

Uncompromising players can take advantage of the improved upper structure on this third version that offers a stable hold. Complementing this feature are the lockdown straps, devised to grant a supportive feel. It is also cushioned with the responsive Tri NRG system to buffer the foot during powerful shots which include long rallies.

Strength. Head reinforced the areas of the outsole that quickly get subjected to wear by utilizing the groundbreaking HyBrasion + rubber compound. This prevents the bottom side of the shoe from giving away soon as it gets in constant contact with different abrasive court setups.

Traction. The zigzag-forming herringbone tread pattern is designed for a grippy experience. The open tread zones allow the user to perform clever footworks while minimizing slippage.

Durability. The third generation Revolt Pro’s availability with a 6-month outsole durability warranty is an indication that it’s made to outlast more than half a year of pounding on the court.

Impact neutralizer. Cushioning is one of the key specs of the Revolt 3.0. This section is integrated with the proprietary TRI-NRG (Trinergy) technology that’s formulated to neutralize impact and impart comfort during foot strikes. Such property is made to support the foot as it lands on soft and hard courts.

Rear cushioning. The added heel height is made to weaken the shock that gets concentrated on the rear side during hard landings.

Stability source. The Energy Frame, which is a 3D anti-torsion midfoot shank, works to lock the foot in place during multidirectional movements. Such TPU shank offers rigidity to ensure a well-balanced court performance.

Composition. Polyurethane-molded frame, durable mesh, and adaptive collar padding are the significant components that make up the upper. Revolt Pro 3’s synthetic body offers added support for the well-ventilated mesh underlay. These materials are intended to deliver comfort and breathability.

Protective layer. Aside from comfort, durability is another aspect that was highlighted when Head created this all-court model. This shoe is assembled with the Drift Defense technology to manifest resiliency. Such innovation toughens up the protective layering around the toe and medial sides using synthetic materials.

  • A variation of this third-generation Revolt Pro is the Head Revolt Pro 3.0 Clay, which is a soft court version that’s made with deep herringbone grooves.
  • The 6-month durability warranty permits the user to have their pair of Revolt Pro 3.0 replaced should it attain a considerable degree of damage to the outsole.
