Use - Built for long-distance running, just like the Nike Zoom Victory Elite 2, the Pebax® Rnew plate of the Wire v5 is devised to deliver optimal efficiency for 5k to 10k races. Meanwhile, the 4-spike configuration of the shoe aims to enhance performance for 1.5k to 10k races. 

Spike Type - The Wire v5 features 4 ¼ inch pyramid spikes. These spikes are removable to aid in delivering maximum traction. 

Spike Plate - The Pebax® Rnew plate of the shoe has 4 a four-spike receptacle configuration. This is meant to aid in maximizing the traction of the shoe. The spike plate itself employs durable properties, enough to withstand abrasion while implementing flexibility.
