Use - Configured primarily as a mid-range running spike, the Brooks Wire v4 is a multi-purpose track shoe. It generates an explosive performance in distance races ranging from middle-distance to long-distance meets. 

Spike Type - Ideal for rubber track surfaces, pyramid pins are affixed to the shoe’s spike plate. These spike pins are ¼ inch in length, yielding lightweight, superior traction. 

Spike Plate - For flexibility and unrestricted foot movements, a ¾ in length Pebax® plate runs on the outsole. This is intended to amplify durability and superior surface grip. It also houses the pyramid pins for multi-surface traction.

An enhanced midsole composition is one of the most highlighted refinements made to the Brooks Wire v4. This iteration poses for a more cushioned and responsive track performance.
