- The Brooks Ghost 11 GTX is a road shoe that’s made for those who desire speed training and casual running. This product has been optimized for wet conditions, with a unique element on the upper that averts water infiltration.
- Support is given to the underfoot via the proprietary cushioning units. The BioMoGo DNA is tasked with carrying the entire foot throughout the running session while the DNA Loft offers shock-attenuation and durability amid the constant striking forces.
Brooks Ghost 11 GTX size and fit
The GTX version of the Brooks Ghost 11 has a standard running shoe length. Full and half sizes are available for this model, permitting runners to tweak their sizing choices with ease. When it comes to width, the options are D – Medium for men and B – Medium for women.
The outsole unit makes use of blown rubber to protect against the abrasive nature of the surfaces. This compound has a slightly spongy characteristic that can potentially contribute to the overall cushioning capacity of the midsole.
Flex grooves are design elements that encourage the natural bending of the foot as it gears towards the toe-off phase of the gait cycle.
