Brooks Beast 1 History
It was in the year 1993 that the Brooks Beast 1 was originally released. The brand then reintroduced the shoe into its Brooks heritage collection. The silhouette has also witnessed some collaborative releases.
In October 2015, the Brooks brand teamed up with Concepts in a collaboration using the Beast 1 silhouette and released the Concepts x Brooks Beast 1 “Voodoo” as an honor for the late Jimi Hendrix. The shoe features a salmon-esque rear along with a pastel blue on the toe box and hints of beige by the midsection of the shoe.
Another collaborative release using the silhouette is the mita sneakers x Brooks Heritage Beast 1 “Enchantment”. The creation took inspiration from fairytale monsters, thus the name “Enchantment”. The shoe features a brown pigskin suede upper and hints of blue and yellow on the white midsole.
The brand continues to release new colorways to allow the people to have more choices when getting a pair of the Brooks Beast 1.
