Hey guys, this is Steve and I've been running for 14 years now, ranging from 7-14 miles on average training days, culminating in 60+ mile weeks. I've run the Magic City half-marathon four times, the Mercedes-Benz marathon twice, and recently finished the California leg of the Pacific Crest Trail.
