She works as a nutrition and fitness coach who is very passionate about helping others gain the confidence to live a healthy lifestyle. Karli loves Crossfit, backpacking, hiking, running, and weight lifting. Karli regularly trains at least 5 times a week (usually 6) but recognizes the importance of recovery days and quality shoes!
