- The Inov-8 All Train 215 Knit was created for workouts that involve lots of agile exercises and weightlifting. The shoe retains all the key technologies of the original All Train 215 to provide athletes with a lightweight, flexible, and well-cushioned footgear.
- The major update is found in the upper unit. A breathable knitted material replaced the mesh on the forefoot and the tongue for an improved fit.
The Dual-C sticky rubber makes up the outsole unit of the All Train 215 Knit. It features a hard rubber compound in the high-wear areas for enhanced protection and soft rubber pods in the forefoot for improved grip.
The outsole uses a geometrical pattern with claw-shaped lugs. These lugs ensure traction no matter what direction the foot takes.
The Meta-Flex groove is added in the forefoot section. It helps in creating a natural flexion point for the foot.
The Inov-8 All Train 215 Knit utilizes a full-length Injected EVA Fusion compound for its midsole unit. It is designed to deliver a lightweight and responsive cushioning during high-impact exercises.
A removable 6-mm footbed is added inside the shoe. It contributes to the cushioning of the midsole.
The heel is elevated above the toes by 8 mm. This differential offers extra shock absorption during running and helps in taking the strain off the Achilles tendon during agile workouts.
A new knitted material is employed on the tongue and the forefoot of the All Train 215 Knit. Designed to be stretchy and breathable, the fabric supports the foot throughout the training session. On the sides, the knit transitions to a soft and stretchable mesh liner.
The midfoot is securely locked-in by the Adapterfit Met-Cradle. It is a synthetic cage that hugs both sides of the foot, connecting them together with a lace-up closure on the instep.
Holding the back of the foot firmly is the External Heel Cage. It is made of lightweight yet strong TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) to provide stability during side-to-side movements and weight training without weighing the foot down.
A ventilated environment is ensured by a breathable mesh lining inside the shoe. It also assists in wicking moisture away from the foot chamber.
