I found the Roadhawk through a recommendation through one of my friends who works at a running store. I had become frustrated with the lack of durability in shoes like the Kinvara and the Clifton. However, I didn't want to sacrifice a lightweight shoe to find durability. The Roadhawk allows for a pretty good middle ground for me, still pretty light and doesn't breakdown after 350 miles.

The Flytefoam Propel is integrated into the midsole of the shoe. This completely new design is meant to offer a softer and bouncier step-in feel. With the utilization of the full-length Flytefoam Propel midsole, this shoe will be a more suitable option when running in a wide variety of paved surfaces. With the added underfoot protection, runners can confidently tackle everything from speedy tempos to long runs.
The Asics Roadhawk FF 2 Twist features the I.G.S (Impact Guidance System). This technology is essential in enhancing the natural gait of the runner. As a result, a more stable and efficient ride is enjoyed by the wearer.
To reduce moisture and odor, the removable sock liner is utilized in making the shoe. This feature is made of anti-bacterial material that prevents the shoe from producing unnecessary smell during the running session. It provides additional cushioning as well. When compared to the Asics Gel Contend 5, it uses the Ortholite sockliner.
The SPeVA foam insole is included in crafting the shoe. This component of the running footwear aims to deliver an exceptionally cushioned ride.
Breathability is encouraged by the open mesh upper. During the running activity, a well-ventilated foot chamber is promoted. This is vital in keeping the foot fresh and healthy at all times. The supportive foot wrap is offered by the open mesh upper as well. This material ensures a more secure lockdown from start to finish of the running activities.
