  • Being the fifth iteration to the Asics Gel Quantum 360 series, Gel Quantum 360 5 is focused on delivering a powerful yet comfortable ride. To do so, the shoe has gone through some updates including the integration of its new mesh upper to provide that secure fit.
  • To maintain the quality and performance of the series, the shoe still continues to utilize FluidFit® design that provides the adaptability of the shoe to the foot.
  • Lastly, it wouldn’t be part of the  Asics Gel Quantum 360 without its signature GEL® technology, providing a 360-degree underfoot cushioning.

Designed using standard sizing measurement, the Gel Quantum 360 5 is available for both men and women. You can get a pair using your usual size preference.

The Asics Gel Quantum 360 5 is composed of a mesh upper that conforms to the shape of the foot, securing lockdown. For a customizable fit and for the avoidance of heel slippage, the shoe features a lace-up fastening system. The padding in the tongue and collar not only provides comfort but also ensures that the foot stays in place.

Coming from the name itself, Asics High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR®) outsole is recognized for abrasion resistance that protects the shoe from natural wear-and-tear and other hazardous elements met when running. It also features a sponge-like structure that provides cushioning to the foot.

This outsole technology helps deliver the maximum performance of the shoe by enhancing its grip and traction on different surfaces. Such technology is found in other Asics running shoes

The prominent feature of the Gel Quantum 360 5 is the series’ signature 360-degree GEL® technology, providing underfoot cushioning. This highly durable midsole component employs excellent shock attenuation properties that protect the shoe from impact upon landing from all angles.

Having half the weight of most EVA foams, Solyte® midsole delivers lightweight and comfortable cushioning with shock absorption properties. Because this midsole is lighter, it increases the speed of the runner, delivering optimal performance.

The Trusstic System® which is also integrated into the Asics Gel Nimbus 21 supplies stability to the shoe by preventing it from twisting throughout different movements. It also provides structural integrity to the Asics Gel Quantum 360 5.

Complementing the Trusstic System® is the Impact Guidance System (I.G.S®) technology which essentially promotes flexible foot movements, enhanced motion control, and efficient performance. This technology links different technical elements of the shoe that are critical to the delivery of top-notch performance.

Featuring the rearfoot and forefoot GEL® cushioning, the shoe is able to break up shock upon impact while enabling movement throughout the gait cycle.

To aid orthotics and provide higher rebound properties, a removable OrthoLite® X-40 premium sockliner is embedded in the midsole of the shoe. This element also provides superb moisture management and is responsible for supplementing a high level of breathability.

One of the Gel Quantum 360 5’s updates is the utilization of breathable mesh material for its upper construction. It provides a sock-like fit that secures the foot when running. It also enhances the overall comfort of the shoe.

For the construction of the shoe, FluidFit® design is featured. It combines multi-directional stretch mesh with stretch reinforcements that enable the responsiveness of the shoe while delivering a glove-like fit. It eliminates the instability of the foot and heightens running efficiency.

An Exoskeletal Heel Clutching System™ improves the fit between the heel and the shoe via restriction of displacement which is referred to as the “clutching” action. This deliberately delivers better performance and stability.

For better in-shoe experience, the seamless construction of the shoe eliminates the possibility of irritation and provides in-shoe comfort.  The added padding on the tongue and collar of the shoe increases the comfort within the shoe.

Just like any running shoes, a lace-up closure system is furnished to the Asics Gel Quantum 360 5. This helps secure lockdown fit to avoid heel slippage from occurring.
