Updates to Asics NitroFuze
- The Asics NitroFuze features the fuzeGel technology that delivers reliable cushioning all throughout the run. It absorbs the rearfoot shock during landing and shifts the energy to the forefoot for a smoother transition.
- The outsole unit of the shoe uses a solid rubber material. It is strategically placed in the sole unit for durability and reliable traction while running on the road.
- Asics High Abrasion Rubber is also used in this shoe to deliver maximum durability, especially in high-wear areas.
Asics NitroFuze size and fit
The NitroFuze is true to its size. When it comes to fit, the shoe offers a snug fit in the heel to the forefoot area. The toe box has enough room for the toes to move comfortably. The sizes available are 6 to 12 for women’s and 7 to 14 for men’s. Asics is offering the shoe in medium D and B widths for men’s and women’s versions respectively.
The NitroFuze comes with a solid rubber outsole. It is designed to deliver enough amount of traction while running on the road. It matches well to the Asics High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR) that gives durability on high wear areas. The AHAR also makes its way in another Asics running shoe, the Gel Cumulus 20.
The shoe uses the brand’s new midsole cushioning technology which is the fuzeGel midsole. It is made from Gel property and foam, creating a lightweight and adaptive comfort. The gel cushioning is strategically placed to absorb shock and release energy for a responsive ride.
The Asics NitroFuze has an open mesh upper coverage. It is designed to give maximum comfort and breathability. The shoe has a California slip lasting that is designed for stability and comfort.
