The Asics GT 2000 8 Lite-Show is a stability running shoe specifically designed for low light runs. This running companion features the updated Gel™ technology, making the platform more comfortable compared to the Asics GT 2000 8.

The combination of the Trusstic System™ and Dynamic DuoMax™ Support System helps keep the foot stable and supported while running. These technologies are working together to provide a smooth and efficient ride.

This high-performance road running shoe incorporates a lightweight engineered mesh upper, which keeps the foot dry and cool during the entire running session. The breathable upper and responsive sole make the Asics GT 2000 8 Lite-Show suitable for long-distance runs.

The Asics GT 2000 8 Lite-Show follows the standard shoe measurement to accommodate the usual preferences of consumers when it comes to size. However, it is recommended to try on the shoe first to ensure a comfortable in-shoe experience. It utilizes the traditional lacing system to allow the user to easily adjust the fit around the shoe.

The Asics High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR™) material is incorporated into the outsole of the Asics GT 2000 8 Lite-Show. This material is positioned in high-stress areas for a firm grip and durability.

The AHAR™ technology is the same rubber material that is used for highly durable car tires. It has an abrasion resistance that is about two times higher compared to conventional rubber materials. Another Asics running shoe that utilizes the AHAR™ outsole is the Asics Gel Kayano 26.

Providing soft landings is a responsive midsole material called FlyteFoam technology. This element utilizes organic super-fibers that deliver exceptional bounce back and responsiveness. The fiber prevents packing out that usually happens with softer, low-density midsole foams.

The improved Gel™ technology is incorporated into the rearfoot and forefoot sections for excellent shock absorption. This component is designed to attenuate the shock during impact and toe-off phases, giving long-lasting comfort.

For smoother landings and stability, the Dynamic DuoMax™ Support System and Trusstic System™ are utilized in the shoe.  The Dynamic DuoMax™ Support System increases the shoe’s support while effectively reducing the sole’s weight.

The Trusstic System™ is strategically placed in the middle part of the sole. This technology prevents the shoe from twisting during movement to provide stability.

Giving stability and support is the DuoMax® system. It is a higher density ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) material, which helps minimize the effect of overpronation. This technology also helps encourage normal foot motion.

Hugging the foot in breathable comfort is the engineered mesh top. It is a lightweight fabric that allows for continuous airflow, creating a healthier environment for the foot.

Lite Show™ technology or reflective detailing is infused in the upper for enhanced visibility during night runs. The shoe also includes a padded tongue and heel collar for added protection and support.

The lace-up closure is featured in this running shoe. The shoelaces allow for a secure and personalized in-shoe fit.
