  • The Asics GT 2000 7 Twist is a lightweight road running and performance shoe that aims to aid runners in going the distance. To maximize superior ground traction, the shoe employs one of Asics’ well-known outsole technology: the Asics High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR®). It also serves as a protective component of the shoe which boosts the durability of the shoe.

A full-length SpEVA midsole material delivers improved energy return.

Impact Guidance System (IGS®) works with the Guidance Trusstic® System and Guidance Line®. Together they assist the foot throughout the gait cycle. These technologies all contribute to the lightweight construction of the shoe. With these, the heel strike to toe-off process is made much smoother.

To reduce overpronation, Dynamic DuoMax® supplies stability by controlling foot movement which leads to a smoother transition.

OrthoLite® X40 sockliner powers the rebound properties of the shoe while delivering added cushioning.

Jacquard mesh comprises the upper of the GT 2000 7 Twist, providing lightweight breathability. It tightens and loosens in key areas, allowing the foot to move more naturally.

Seamless construction is new to provide an irritant-free wrap
