  • The 2nd version of the Gel Super J33 gives runners a speedy running performance that’s lightweight and stable. It has a mid-sole that supports the medial side of the arch, effectively correcting the overpronation of the runner. Natural flexibility is afforded by flex grooves, which allow the platform to follow the movements of the foot. Even the upper gives a comfortable coverage that’s easy on the skin.
  • The upper unit of this running shoe uses a breathable fabric that’s able to provide a well-ventilated inner environment in which to rest the foot. The seamless construction reduces skin irritation, thus allowing the runner to wear the shoe even without socks. All in all, the upper is flexible and responsive.
  • The mid-sole unit is made to give the runner exceptional cushioning from a foam that is lightweight and responsive. The underfoot comfort given by this unit is reliable. The platform even follows the natural movement of the foot because it is flexible. Stability is also possible because of the FluidAxis®, the anatomically tuned flex grooves that adapt to the motion and positional change.
  • The outsole unit uses the AHAR® or the Asics High Abrasion Resistant Rubber, which is a strong layer of protection that shields the rest of the sole unit from wear and abrasion. The runner can traverse the roads with confidence that the outsole will be able to dole out its intended purpose with sureness.

The Asics Gel Super J33 2 is true to its size. It comes in sizes that adhere to the standard measurements for men and women. Medium width is the one available for this version, so it accommodates those who have feet that are medium-sized. The semi-curved shape enables the natural curvature of the foot to acclimate well when wearing it.

The outsole layer features the Asics High Abrasion Resistant Rubber or AHAR®. It’s one of the most efficient and protective rubber units around because it is able to guard the sole unit against the harsh effects of friction and wear. Even after many uses, the sole unit remains intact because of this reliable rubber compound.

The Solyte® Cushioning System is a mid-sole foam that’s lighter than most standard units on the market. It’s made from high-quality materials, so it remains durable and responsive. Underfoot cushioning is adequate due to this dependable layer.

The Gel® Cushioning System is a gel-like unit that’s placed in the heel area of the Asics Gel Super J33 2. It’s meant to deliver protection from impact by absorbing the shock brought about by landing the foot on the ground. The Asics GT 1000 7 is another stability shoe that utilizes the Gel® Cushioning System in the rearfoot.

The efficiency of the runner’s gait is supported and guided by the Guidance Line®, which makes each transition from the heel to the toe much smoother.

The FluidAxis® Technology is a set of deep flex grooves that have been tuned anatomically to the joints of the foot. It’s an efficient way to let the platform adapt and respond to the runner’s movements, essentially giving support whenever it is needed.

The upper unit uses open mesh, a soft fabric that has entry points for air to easily enter the shoe. Such a design allows it to fully provide the runner with a well-ventilated interior environment. Essentially, the open construction of this material keeps the foot cool and dry at all times.

The upper has also been constructed seamlessly. The fabrics, sleeves, and layers have been made smoother and more agreeable to the skin, therefore allowing the runner to fully wear the shoe without socks. It prevents skin irritation, which can lead to welts or blisters.

The overlay system has been fused onto the upper without the use of stitching. These overlays provide structure to the unit while also securing the foot in a customizable fit.
